Many factors behind rate decisions: Bank of Canada

TORONTO, March 13 (Reuters) - Current financial conditions are an key factor in setting interest rates but not the only factor, Bank of Canada Governor Mark Carney said on Thursday

"Financial conditions are an important consideration for our decision but they are not the only consideration for the decision," Carney told reporters after a speech in Toronto.
