Canada budget to have plan for deficit -Flaherty

MONTREAL, Jan 6 (Reuters) - Canadian Finance Minister Jim Flaherty said on Tuesday that his upcoming budget will include a clear plan to come out of deficit even though global economic conditions continue to deteriorate.

"There will be a plan in the budget, a clear, solid plan to come out of deficit," Flaherty told reporters. "We will show, in the budget, as we go into deficit, how we will come out and when we will come out, making reasonable economic assumptions."
