No possibility of bank bailout in Canada-Harper
RICHMOND, British Columbia, Oct 9 (Reuters) - Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper said on Thursday the government is taking steps to assure more availability of credit to keep the country's financial system running smoothly.
