CANADA STOCKS-TSX rides oil, gold prices higher
TORONTO, Nov 16 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock market index opened higher on Monday as strength in commodity prices lifted EnCana Corp (ECA.TO), Goldcorp (G.TO) and other resource names.
