Ron Perlman, Saffron Burrows at scene of the crime

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - "Hellboy II" star Ron Perlman and Saffron Burrows will face off in "Carjacked," a thriller about a single mother and her child who are nabbed by a bank robber who has no intention of letting them go.

Film

Dan Reed ("Straightheads") will direct the independently financed film.

Perlman starred in this summer's "Hellboy II: The Golden Army" and is about to start filming the Nicolas Cage thriller "Season of the Witch." Burrows appears on NBC's "My Own Worst Enemy" and was recently seen on the big screen in "The Bank Job."
