Zimbabwe's Tsvangirai "saddened" by SADC resolution

JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) - Zimbabwean opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai said on Sunday that he was "shocked and saddened" by the outcome of an emergency regional summit that was aimed at ending a deadlock in talks on forming a cabinet.

A Southern African Development Community (SADC) resolution after the summit called on Zimbabwe's ruling party and the opposition to co-share leadership of the Home Affairs Ministry and said a unity government should be formed "forthwith."
