(Reuters) - Visa Inc (V.N) said it might incur "significant" charges in fiscal 2009, according to an SEC filing. Highlights:

* Says charges related to evaluation of alternatives to achieve synergies globally

* Sees pension plan expense increasing in FY 2009 due to deterioration in market conditions
