No disruption to shipping in Strait of Hormuz after collision
DUBAI (Reuters) - Shipping was not disrupted in the Strait of Hormuz after a nuclear-powered U.S. submarine and another U.S. vessel collided on Friday, the U.S. Navy said.
"There is no disruption to shipping traffic in the Strait. Both ships are operating under their own power and have passed through the strait," said Lieutenant Nathan Christensen, U.S. Fifth Fleet spokesman.
