Australia government declines comment on carbon delay: AAP
SYDNEY (Reuters) - Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd's office declined to comment on a media report that his government would announce a one-year delay to the start of a carbon emissions trading scheme, the Australian Associated Press reported.
His office also would not say whether Rudd planned to hold a news conference, AAP said on Monday.
