Japan wants UNSC meeting on North Korea test: report
TOKYO (Reuters) - Japan will seek an emergency meeting of the U.N. Security Council after North Korea said it had successfully conducted a nuclear test on Monday, Kyodo news agency quoted a senior foreign ministry official as saying.
Mitoji Yabunaka, Japan's vice foreign minister, made the comment to reporters at the prime minister's office, Kyodo said.
