Ford sees June U.S. sales rate at 10 million vehicles

DETROIT (Reuters) - Ford Motor Co said it estimates June U.S. SAAR at about 10 million units including medium and heavy-duty trucks and believes it posted lowest S.S. sales decline for June among major auto manufacturers.

Highlights:

* Estimates that June industry-wide sales were down 27 percent in June from

year earlier at 880,000 vehicles, including medium- and heavy-duty trucks

* Says its hybrid sales totaled 3,649 units for June, up 91 percent from year

earlier

* Says estimates its 2009 first-half U.S. market share at 15.2 percent
