Toll Bros shares up, signed contracts up in Q3

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Shares of Toll Brothers (TOL.N) rose 7.3 percent to $21.98 in premarket trading on Wednesday, after the company said net signed contracts rose in the third quarter.
