OPEC can confer in April 20-22 at Rome conference
VIENNA (Reuters) - OPEC oil ministers can confer on output policy when they attend an energy consumers/producers conference in Rome April 20-22, OPEC President Chakib Khelil told a news briefing on Tuesday.
"Anything can be discussed... we dont need to have a meeting of OPEC to discuss that at that level," Khelil said.
"As president I always have the possibility to call my colleagues and make a decision."
