Polish PKN expects Q4 operating profit to drop q/q

WARSAW, Nov 13 (Reuters) - Poland's leading refiner PKN Orlen (PKNA.WA) expects its fourth quarter operating profit to drop from 423 million zlotys recorded in the third quarter, PKN's chief financial officer Slawomir Jedrzejczyk said on Friday.
