Clinton impressed with Pakistan action on militants

WASHINGTON, May 6 (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said on Wednesday she was impressed with Pakistan's recent crackdown on militants.

"I'm actually quite impressed by the actions that the Pakistani government is now taking," she said.

"Action was called for and action has been forthcoming."
