Fed: No comment on any AIG job for Morgan Stanley

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The New York Federal Reserve declined to comment on Monday on a CNBC report that the Fed has hired Morgan Stanley to negotiate a loan for embattled insurer American International Group Inc.
