Maroc Telecom H1 revenues rise 19.5 percent

PARIS, July 23 (Reuters) - Moroccan telecoms operator Maroc Telecom (IAM.CS) (IAM.PA) reported a 19.5 percent rise in first-half revenue on Monday, boosted by growth in its main mobile phone and Internet businesses.

Maroc Telecom said sales rose to 13.01 billion Moroccan dirhams ($1.60 billion). The Moroccan company is controlled by French media and telecoms group Vivendi (VIV.PA).
