Getronics shares suspended as KPN offer ends

AMSTERDAM, Oct 12 (Reuters) - Trade in shares of Dutch computer services company Getronics GTN.AS was suspended on Friday after the 1.2 billion euro ($1.7 billion) takeover offer by telecoms group KPN (KPN.AS)KPN.N ended. Getronics shares were suspended at 6.22 euros, just below KPN's 6.25 euro per share offer price.

KPN is expected to announce next week how many shares were tendered. It has said it will declare the offer unconditional if 80 percent or more of Getronics shares are tendered.
