Concho says IPO prices at $11.50/shr

NEW YORK, Aug 2 (Reuters) - Concho Resources Inc (CXO.N) said on Thursday its initial public offering of 20.89 million shares priced at $11.50 per share.

The independent oil and natural gas company said the shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange and will trade under the symbol "CXO" (CXO.N).

It said it intends to use proceeds from the deal to repay outstanding debt.
