Dell to acquire entertainment technology co, Zing Systems

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Dell Inc (DELL.O), a leading maker of personal computers, said on Monday it has agreed to buy privately held Zing Systems Inc., a company that focuses on always-on connected audio and entertainment devices.

Dell said it plans to use Zing to continue improving the entertainment experience it provides its customers.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed and the purchase will not be final until all closing conditions are met.
