Reliance, Microsoft in $500 mln Internet TV pact

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Reliance Communications Ltd said on Monday it signed a contract worth an estimated $500 million with Microsoft Corp to sell Internet television to customers in India.

The service will be powered by Microsoft's Mediaroom Internet Protocol Television software, the company said.
