Lumber Liquidators IPO raises $110 mln, below range

NEW YORK, Nov 8 (Reuters) - Lumber Liquidators Inc, a seller of hardwood flooring, raised $110 million with an initial public offering on Thursday that priced below expectations.

The 10 million share offering, lowered from 11.5 million, sold for $11 per share, compared with a forecast range of $12 to $14, according to an underwriter.

Underwriters, led by Goldman Sachs (GS.N) and Merrill Lynch MER.N, have the option to purchase an additional 1.5 million shares to cover overallotments.

The company plans to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "LL." (LL.N)
