Juniper COO resigns, takes job with Microsoft

NEW YORK, Jan 10 (Reuters) - Network equipment maker Juniper Networks Inc JNPR.O said on Thursday Chief Operating Officer Stephen Elop resigned to take an executive job with Microsoft Corp (MSFT.O).

Elop's resignation was not due to any disagreement with Juniper, the company said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. (Reporting by Robert Macmillan; Editing by Andre Grenon)
