Vonage amends filing on share-based award errors

NEW YORK, March 17 (Reuters) - Web-based phone company Vonage Holdings Corp (VG.N) said on Monday it was amending a previous filing on its business results due to errors stemming from a "material weakness in internal control".

The company said the amendment would result in a decrease of $3,800 and $14,200 in net loss for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2007, respectively.

The amendment did not change its previously reported figures for revenues, cash flow from operations, or total cash and cash equivalents, the company said. (Reporting by Ritsuko Ando)
