Twinkies maker says has agreement on DIP facility

SAN FRANCISCO, April 18 (Reuters) - Interstate Bakeries Corp IBCIP.PK, the bankrupt maker of Twinkies and Wonder Bread, said on Friday it reached an agreement with its lenders on an amended and restated debtor-in-possession credit facility.

The company said the maturity of the DIP facility would extend to Sept. 30 of this year and the amount available for borrowing would rise to $250 million. (Reporting by Duncan Martell; Editing by Andre Grenon)
