NEW YORK, March 27 (Reuters) - Adtran Inc., a maker of networking equipment, said on Tuesday Mark Smith, chairman of the board of directors, died due to complications from pneumonia.
Smith was a co-founder of Adtran and had been chief executive of the company between 1986 and 2005.
