NEW YORK, Nov 11 (Reuters) - Goldman Sachs (GS.N) advised 3Com Corp (COMS.O) and Morgan Stanley (MS.N) advised Hewlett-Packard Co (HPQ.N) on Hewlett-Packard's planned acquisition of 3Com, according to sources familiar with the matter. (Reporting by Michael Erman and Jessica Hall)
