Cains Beer Company to call in administrators

LONDON, Aug 7 (Reuters) - British brewer Cains Beer Company HCL.L said it had decided to appoint administrators after financing talks with its bankers fell through.

"The Board regrets to announce that it has been unable to successfully conclude those discussions, and accordingly the Board has determined that it would be appropriate in the circumstances to place the company in administration with immediate effect," the AIM-listed company said in a statement.
