TUI Travel in talks over 3-way airline merger
LONDON (Reuters) - Europe's biggest travel company TUI Travel (TT.L) is in early talks with Lufthansa (LHAG.DE) and Thomas Cook (TCG.L) over a three-way merger of TUI Fly Germany, Condor, and Germanwings, the companies said on Thursday.
In a statement, the companies said no commercial terms had been agreed and there was no certainty of a deal.
