Rackspace Hosting sees IPO of 15 mln shares at $12-$16 each

July 25 (Reuters) - Rackspace Hosting Inc on Friday registered its initial public offering of 15 million shares at an estimated price of $12 to $16 per share.

In an amended filing with the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission, the provider of web hosting services said it plans to sell 12.7 million shares while stockholders will sell an additional 2.3 million shares.

The San Antonio, Texas-based company said it applied for New York Stock Exchange listing under the symbol "RAX." (Reporting by Ratul Ray Chaudhuri in Bangalore; Editing by Amitha Rajan)
