NaviSite acquires 2 providers of hosting services

Aug 13 (Reuters) - NaviSite Inc. (NAVI.O) said it acquired two privately held providers of hosting services - Alabanza and Jupiter Hosting - for about $15.5 million to add new customers and create opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell its entire suite of managed services.

Mergers & Acquisitions

The acquisitions, financed mostly through cash on hand, are expected to boost adjusted earnings before income tax, depreciation and amortization immediately and to be fully integrated by NaviSite's second quarter, the company said.
