FirstWave Tech explores change in capital structure

Aug 14 (Reuters) - FirstWave Technologies Inc. FSTW.O said its board is evaluating various options to change its capital structure, including taking the company private via a reverse stock split, to improve its future growth and financial performance.

The sales management software maker said the options also include infusing additional capital and encouraging preferred shareholders to convert their shares to common stock, to increase the public float of its outstanding common shares. (Reporting by Sakthi Prasad in Bangalore)
