Carl Icahn, affiliates report 7.6 pct stake in Motorola
(Reuters) - Carl Icahn and affiliates, in a regulatory filing, reported a 7.6 percent stake in Motorola Inc (MOT.N).
The aggregate purchase price of the 172.2 million shares collectively was $2.36 billion, including commissions.
In a filing dated March 26, Icahn and affiliates had reported a 6.4 percent stake in the company.
