 --The pharmaceutical company said it recorded a charge of
$5.2 million due to cost of goods sold in the 2006 fourth
quarter for the transfer of manufacturing technology for
Infergen.
 --For the latest fourth quarter, analysts on average
expected the company to earn 18 cents a share, excluding
exceptional items, according to Reuters Estimates.
