Accelerated Global files to raise up to $300 mln in IPO

Nov 21 (Reuters) - Blank check company Accelerated Global Technology Corp filed with U.S. regulators to raise up to $300 million in an initial public offering of common stock.

The company plans to offer 30 million units, with each unit at an offering price of $10 and consisting of one common share and one warrant, the Pleasanton, California-based company told the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in a preliminary prospectus.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc and Jefferies & Co were underwriting the IPO. (Reporting by John Tilak in Bangalore)
