King Pharma says petition for rehearing on Altace ruling denied

Dec 3 (Reuters) - King Pharmaceuticals Inc (KG.N) said the U.S. federal appeals court denied its petition for rehearing on a ruling that the patent on its biggest product, high blood pressure medicine Altace, was invalid.
