StoneMor signs deal to buy or manage 45 cemeteries

Dec 4 (Reuters) - StoneMor Partners L.P. (STON.O) said it agreed buy or manage 45 cemeteries and 30 funeral homes and one pet cemetery from Service Corporation International (SCI.N) for about $68 million in cash.
