Xerox to buy Advectis for $32 million

Sept 12 (Reuters) - Xerox Corp (XRX.N), the world's largest supplier of office printers, copiers and related services, said it will acquire Advectis Inc for $32 million in cash.

The deal, expected to close in the next 30 days, also includes an additional performance-based supplement to the sale price, Xerox said.

Advectis, which employs about 41 people, provides solutions for electronic mortgage document collaboration. (Reporting by Sweta Singh in Bangalore)
