Orbitz cuts global chief marketing officer post

CHICAGO, Dec 17 (Reuters) - Orbitz Worldwide Inc (OWW.N) said it would eliminate the position of global chief marketing officer and would manage the company's marketing efforts on a regional basis going forward.
