HP, Commerzbank in 5-year IT services deal

Oct 8 (Reuters) - Hewlett-Packard Co (HPQ.N) said Germany's Commerzbank AG (CBKG.DE) will outsource to HP the management of 33,000 workstations and 12,000 printers as part of a five-year information technology services deal.

Under the terms, HP will deliver to Commerzbank a range of IT services, from infrastructure services to complete desktop lifecycle management, the computer maker said in a statement.

About 100 Commerzbank employees will transfer to HP as part of the deal, it added. (Reporting by Dilipp S. Nag in Bangalore)
