Young Broadcasting plans to sell its largest TV station

Jan 10 (Reuters) - Young Broadcasting Inc YBTVA.O said it plans to sell its largest television station, KRON-TV in San Francisco, as it seeks to further its corporate initiatives.

It has retained Moelis & Co as the financial advisor, the company said, adding that it was aiming to conclude an agreement for the sale of the station before the end of the first quarter. (Reporting by Biswarup Gooptu in Bangalore; Editing by Deepak Kannan)
