KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 20 (Reuters) - AirAsia (AIRA.KL):

* Malaysia's AirAsia says Q3 net profit 130 million ringgit versus 465.53 million ringgit net loss a year ago.

* Q3 revenue at 739.67 million ringgit versus 707.91 million

* On outlook, AirAsia CEO Tony Fernandes said: "Based on the forward booking trend, the underlying passenger demand in the fourth quarter is positive. We are on course to achieve the Group's target of carrying 25 million guests for the full year 2009."

* On fuel prices, Fernandes said AirAsia has partially hedged fuel requirements in the fourth quarter.
