Moscow CableCom says Renova raises offer to $12/shr

Jan 19 (Reuters) -Moscow CableCom Corp. MOCC.O said its largest shareholder Renova Media Enterprises Ltd. increased its offer to buy the company to $12 a share from $10.80.

On Nov. 4, 2006, Russia's Renova had offered to acquire the rest of Moscow CableCom shares it does not own for about $130 million in cash. (Reporting by Dhanya Skariachan in Bangalore)
