Coventry Health Care to buy certain health insurance businesses

April 26 (Reuters) - Insurer Coventry Health Care Inc. (CVH.N) said it agreed to acquire certain group health insurance businesses from Mutual of Omaha for $120 million in cash.

The deal, which is expected to close in 60 to 120 days, is estimated to be slightly accretive to earnings in the first year after closing, the company said. (Reporting by Dhanya Skariachan in Bangalore)
