Investors Bancorp says CEO to retire

April 30 (Reuters) - Investors Bancorp Inc. (ISBC.O) said Chief Executive Offider Robert Cashill will retire as of Dec. 31 and will be succeded by Kevin Cummings, its chief operating officer.

The bank holding company said Thomas Splaine will replace Domenick Cama as chief financial officer. Cama will succeed Cummings as chief operating officer. (Reporting by Jennifer Robin Raj in Bangalore)
