Peoples Community Bancorp gets "going concern" tag

April 22 (Reuters) - Peoples Community Bancorp Inc PCBI.O said it received a going concern qualification from an independent accounting firm due to the savings and loan holding company's lack of liquidity to pay its lenders.

The company has to repay $17.5 million under an outstanding line of credit due June 30.

The West Chester, Ohio-based company said it was in talks with lenders in order to resolve the issue. (Reporting by Sweta Singh; Editing by Gopakumar Warrier)
