Take-Two delays "Grand Theft Auto IV"

LOS ANGELES, Aug 2 (Reuters) - Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. (TTWO.O) on Thursday cut its 2007 forecasts, saying it needs more time to complete its highly anticipated "Grand Theft Auto IV" video game.

The game, which had been scheduled for release later this fiscal year, is now planned for release in the fiscal second quarter of 2008, Take-Two said in a statement.
