DH Capital Advises Liberty Towers on $20 Million Investment by Housatonic Partners

  NEW YORK, NY, Dec 10 (MARKET WIRE) -- 
 DH Capital, LLC, an investment banking firm serving the media, Internet and
telecommunications industries, announced today that Liberty Towers, LLC has
received a $20 million investment commitment consisting of preferred equity from
Housatonic Partners. Liberty Towers will use the funds invested under this
commitment to continue the development of communications towers in the
Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern United States.

    Liberty Towers was formed by Eric Sivertsen, Michael Hofe and Clark Madigan,
three executives with extensive experience in the site selection, engineering,
development and operation of communications towers.  "We appreciate DH
Capital's advice and support in securing funds to grow Liberty Towers into a
significant middle-market tower company," stated Eric Sivertsen, Chief
Executive Officer of Chesapeake Towers Development, LLC, the manager of
