DH Capital Advises Newnan Utilities on the Sale of Its Cable and Telecommunications System to Halyard Capital

completed
the sale of its cable and telecommunications system to an affiliate of Halyard
Capital.  The municipally owned system being sold serves approximately 18,000
videosubscribers in the communities in and around Newnan, Georgia.
