Moscow CableCom receives revised acquisition proposal from Renova Media Enterprises

Co announces that the Special Committee of Moscow CableCom received from Renova Media Enterprises Ltd., the co's largest shareholder, a revised offer increasing the per share price of its original offer to $12.00 from $10.80.
